Suspect On the Loose After Motel Robbery

Jackson police are looking for two men and a woman who pistol whipped and robbed an elderly man inside The Travelers Inn Motel, Friday morning. Investigators said a 64-year-old Jackson man was in a room of the motel with a woman in her 30’s. The man told officers around 9:30 a.m., Friday, the woman answered a knock on the door and allowed two black men in. He said the woman then took his money and left. He said one of the men hit him in the head with a gun before the three took off in a white or sliver car with Florida license plates.
