Accused Molester Charged by Grand Jury

A Jackson man charged with raping his girlfriend’s young daughter, was indicted, Monday. Jonathon Henderson, 39, was indicted by a Madison County grand jury on tow counts of child rape and two counts Of aggravated sexual battery. Henderson was arrested in April of this year after investigators determined the 9-year-old had been raped and inappropriately touched. He is currently free on $75,000 bond.
