The Chester County man charged with killing his great uncle uncle by beating him to death has pleaded guilty to the crime. Court officials told 7 Eyewitness News, John Allen Henry entered a best interest plea, Monday to first degree murder and was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole. But before being considered for release he must serve 51 years in prison. On February 15, Gurley Harris, 84, was found brutally beaten inside his home in Henderson. He died from his injuries about two weeks later. Robbery was believed to be the motive.
