Kitchen Workshop Set

A one-day course at the University of Tennessee is for individuals who use a domestic kitchen to prepare and sell food to the public.

The course Wednesday is designed to ensure that facilities meet regulations of the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. It will cover regulations for establishments using domestic kitchens for bakery and other non-potentially hazardous foods intended for sale.

The course will be presented by the UT Institute of Agriculture’s Department of Food Science and Technology and UT Extension.
