Cathey Indicted on Murder Charge

A Crockett County man was indicted Monday on a first degree murder charge. Officials said Dustin Cathey, 24, was indicted in the killing of Frances Lilley, 89. Officials said Cathey also received indictments on charges related to several Crockett County burglaries. A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agent testified to finding Lilley lying on the floor with a bullet wound to her neck and blood splatter in the kitchen. Cathey is still jailed without bond.
