Suspect Caught after Climbing through Window

Henderson County deputies have charged a man after he allegedly entered a home on Old Jackson Road through a window. Authorities say Telley Flakes entered the residence and began beating on doors yelling at the occupants. Upon arrival the deputy reported seeing Flakes walking out of the residence where Flakes told authorities he was there speaking to his girlfriend. According to investigators, Flakes girlfriend did not live at the residence. Flakes was charged with aggravated burglary and public intoxication. He is currently in the Henderson County Criminal Justice Complex with no bail set at this time.
