Fayette County Man Placed on TBI Most Wanted

A West Tennessee man has been added to the TBI’s 10 Most Wanted list. Rico Fleming, 22, of Moscow is suspected in a deadly drive-by shooting in Marshall County, Mississippi on Christmas morning that left a 16-year-old girl dead. Fleming is also wanted in Fayette County for violating his probation on several charges, including second-degree murder. If you know where he can be found, call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
