Friend to Friend Mentoring Benefit Host Fundraiser

Dozens of people gathered at Miss Ollie’s Sunday afternoon to help raise money for the friend mentoring program from Crockett County. The fundraiser included lots of food and entertainment featuring Marty Slayton and John Jones on the piano. Friend to Friend Mentoring Program is a non profit organization geared for children that need positive role models and influences in their lives. “When children are loved and cared for they grow and they grow in a positive and in good ways,” said Organizer Carol Varraza.
