Man Suffers Gunshot Wound in East Jackson

Jackson police are asking for help in finding the gunman who opened fire in east Jackson, Monday afternoon, hitting the man in the foot. The 49-year-old victim told investigators he was in the parking lot of Parkway East Apartments, just after 2 p.m. when he heard gunshots, then he realized he had been hit in the right ankle.
