Collinwood Employee Charged with Theft

The TBI has arrested a middle Tennessee City recorder after her indictment on a theft charge. Sherry Gallien, 50, was indicted last week by a Wayne County grand jury on a theft charge of more than $60,000. Gallien was booked into the Wayne County jail but was released on bond. The TBI began their investigation after a state audit found about $83, 000 missing from city funds. Gallien had worked for the city for 33 years.
