Friends Remember Murdered Dresden Woman
Close friends of 44-year-old Lori Williams are telling 7 Eyewitness News about the kind of person she was before she was murdered on Sunday night. Karla Tansil said many people referred to Williams by her nickname, “Little Bit,” because of her petite build. Tansil described her friend as a fun, outgoing, and caring person. She also said Williams worked independently as a painter. However, one thing she can not put her finger on, is why someone would want to harm her friend. Many of her friends said they believe there were multiple people tied to Williams’ death. “All of them need to go down. Because it’s just awful, it really is. It’s awful,” said Tansil. Other friends told 7 Eyewitness News that Williams mentored several teenagers in the community.
