Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Alamo

Police in Alamo are investigating a deadly wreck involving a pedestrian, Friday morning. Officers told 7 Eyewitness News, just after 7:30 a.m. Shirley Johnson, 64 stepped in front of a Chevrolet Tahoe headed north on Bells Street near downtown. Investigators do not believe Johnson saw the SUV and was killed on impact. The investigation continues, but as of now no charges have been filed.
