Tipton Co. Dad Accused of Child Abuse

A Covington father is free on $5,000 bond after being arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse. Investigators said Robert Daniel Brasch, 23, admitted to violently shaking his 5-month old child because the infant would not stop crying. He first told the baby’s mother that the child had fallen off the couch. The infant remained in a hospital in stable condition. Brasch’s next court appearance is February 14.
