Loan Business in Paris Robbed

Henry County law enforcement are looking for a suspect after a robbery of a loan company in Paris. Police said the State Finance office on East Wood Street was robbed about 8:15, Monday morning by an armed suspect. Police responded to a 911 call by the only employee at the time of the robbery. The suspect is described as a white man around 5-feet-8 inches tall, with dirty blond hair. He has a thin build and was wearing a black zip hooded jacket. The employee said the suspect walked into the office, armed with a dark-colored automatic weapon and demanded money. He left the area in a red GM vehicle, thought to be a Pontiac Sunfire.
