Trial Delayed in Double Slaying Case
The trial for a central Kentucky man accused of killing his parents has been postponed. A judge sent jurors, who had just been seated, home on Monday in the trial of 43-year-old James Anthony Gray, who is charged with murder in the fatal shootings of James and Vivian Gray at their Sadieville home in 2007. The judge told jurors “some things that have come up” caused proceedings to be delayed. A new trial date was set for Feb. 18, 2013. The trial will be the second for Gray. His first ended earlier this year in a mistrial after jurors deadlocked in the case.
