One Dead in Apartment Fire
A coroner says one person has died in an apartment fire in eastern Kentucky. The Letcher County coroner says that on Thursday that one person died in the blaze at the Mountain Breeze apartment complex. He did not identify the victim, and it was unclear immediately whether anyone else suffered injuries. Firefighters from several community responded to the blaze in Jenkins, which is about one-hundred sixty miles southeast of Lexington.
