Second Arrest in Murder of Gate Company Worker
Kentucky State Police have arrested a second suspect in the killing of a gate company employee in Dunnville. A KSP spokesman said state troopers and Marion County deputies arrested William “Bobby” R. Rigdon Tuesday night near Lebanon. Rigdon was booked into the Casey County Jail on a murder charge in the killing of Wendall “Gleason” Pyles on Sept. 26. Pyles was fatally shot at the Tarter Gate Company, where he worked. On Oct. 3, the KSP arrested David Salyers, who is 59 and lives in Elk Horn. Police said when they arrested Salyers that troopers believed additional arrests would be made.
