Washington Douglas Headstart to Re-open Friday

JACKSON, Tenn. – Washington Douglas Headstart will re-open on Friday after being closed for two days. The school had to close Wednesday and Thursday due to temperature concerns. Officials stated that the building has an boiler system, and, due to the warm temperatures over the last few days, the school was unable to keep the temperature in the building within DHS standards. Washington Douglas will be able to open back up as the temperature in the building will be within the state regulations.
