Two Charged in Thursday Night Home Invasion

JACKSON, Tenn. – Two men are in custody after they allegedly attacked a couple in their home. According to a news release, Jackson police arrested Rico Fuller and Joshua Baker, both of Jackson, in connection with the Thursday night home invasion. Around 11:30 p.m., police believe Fuller and Baker forced their way into the home of Fuller’s ex-wife. Fuller allegedly shoved her and pistol-whipped a man in the home. Fuller and Baker then reportedly proceeded to punch and kick the man. Fuller, 27, was charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated domestic assault and aggravated assault. Baker, 31, was charged with aggravated burglary and aggravated assault. They were arraigned Friday morning in Jackson City Court. A preliminary hearing for the two men is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on April 18. They both remain in custody at the Madison County Jail on $50,000 bond.
