Fayette County Woman Charged with TennCare Fraud

FAYETTE COUNTY, Tenn.- A Fayette County woman has been charged with TennCare fraud and theft. Investigators said she received the state healthcare benefits, even though she was not eligible. Morgan Myers, 26, of Somerville faces four counts in all. She is accused of lying to get the benefits. Myers could face between two and six years in prison for each of the charges, if convicted.
