TBI: Bobo Search Ends, Nothing Further Found

DARDEN, Tenn. – The search for Holly Bobo that came after the discovery of a purse that investigators believe she had with her at the time of her disappearance has ended. According to a spokesperson for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, nothing resulted from the search. They stated they do not have plans to continue searching the area at this time. Law enforcement officials reported that dogs, which belonged to a neighbor, found the purse and brought it home to their owner. Investigators did not know exactly where the dogs found the purse. Law enforcement agents were searching the area to try and find where the animals found the purse. That area was previously searched by volunteers shortly after Bobo’s disappearance in 2011. Anyone with information about Holly’s case is urged to call 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a $185,000 reward.
