DYER COUNTY, Tenn.- Congratulations are in order for Robert Hubbs III, the Tennessee signee from Dyer County High School.. Hubbs is one of 20 elite high school basketball stars from across the country competing in the 2013 Kentucky Derby Festival Basketball Classic. The 2013 McDonald’s All-American nominee is rated by 247sports.com as the nation’s number 15 overall prospect and the top prospect in the state of Tennessee. The game will be Friday night at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Kentucky.
