Sex Offender Facing Stalking Charges

JACKSON, Tenn.- A registered Madison County sex offender is now facing assault, and stalking charges of three women while they worked at Walmart south. Jackson police say Chad Lutrell, 34, is charged with stalking the three and assaulting one of the women over a span of a year. Lutrell was arraigned in city court on three counts of stalking and one county of simple assault. He is free on a $30,000 bond and will return to court on June 3. Lutrell was convicted of sexual battery involving a 10-year-old girl in June 2009.
