Strawberry Festival Grand Floats Parade Delayed
HUMBOLDT, Tenn.–The Grand Floats Parade at the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival in Humboldt is delayed one hour. The parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. Organizers say the start time could change again. WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News will keep you posted with any updates.
