Bond Set for Man Charged in Connection with Double Murder

JACKSON, Tenn.- A man who police said was the first to fire in a shooting that killed two people last month. Faced a judge for the first time, Tuesday morning. Travontay Berry faces reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence charges. Officers believe Berry was the first person to fire outside Wolfe Enterprises on April 28. Police said he shot into the air and got rid of the gun. Berry told the judge he plans to hire an attorney. He is being held on a $50,000 bond. Berry is due back in court on Thursday.
