JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson police have released surveillance video . from inside the Jackson Target store of a man they said brought his kids along as he shoplifted. Officers said the man was seen in video captured last Saturday pushing an infant in his cart and trailed by two small children. Investigators said he worked with another woman to steal cologne, a belt and watch. In all the merchandise is valued at almost $200.
