McKenzie’s “Southern Fried Food and Sweet Tea Festival”
McKenzie’s “Southern Fried Food and Sweet Tea Festival” kicks off this Friday at 5 p.m. The festival will take place in Downtown McKenzie at the Veteran’s Memorial Park. This is your chance to sample those fried Oreos, fried bacon, sweet tea cakes and many other novelties. Enjoy this mainstay of southern fare as you wander the craft booths and listen to a variety of southern music. The festival runs from Friday at 5 p.m.-11 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
