Brownsville Search Warrant Nets Drugs, Arrest

BROWNSVILLE, Tenn. — A narcotics search warrant carried out by Brownsville Police netted several pounds of drugs, Friday. According to officers, approximately 2 pounds of marijuana, 4.5 grams of cocaine and 5.5 grams of crack cocaine were found on 1148 Highland Street. The owner of the home, Tony Cortez Manns, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of schedule II with intent, possession of schedule VI with intent and drug paraphernalia. Manns was transported to the Haywood Criminal Justice Complex and is being held without bond.
