Lane College Student Appointed to Prestigious Council Director

EAST JACKSON — Congratulations are in order to one local college student. Morgan Moore has been appointed as the Central Regional Director of the UNCF National Pre-Alumni Council this year. Moore is a junior religion major at Lane College. She serves as the campus Pre-Alumni president and hopes to obtain her master’s and PH.D. in religion and become a college professor. Moore says she’s excited about her new position. “I am very motivated to be able to serve my school and serve the UNCF in such a distinguished honor,” Moore said. Among her long list of titles, Moore also serves as an official student ambassador for Lane College.
