Motorcycle Catches Fire on Highland

NORTH JACKSON — A motorcycle caught fire, late Tuesday morning. The driver told WBBJ he stopped at North Highland and Carriage House around 11:30 a.m. and noticed his bike was on fire. The driver wasn’t hurt, and firefighters say it appears there was a gas leak that fueled the flames. Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish it when they arrived. Traffic was slowed, but kept moving throughout the ordeal.
