Couple Arraigned on “Crime Spree” Targeting Elderly

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — The Jackson couple accused of targeting older women in a 2-month crime spree were officially charged Monday with the 10 counts they were indicted on last week. Jennifer Morris and Garrett Paige will now be tried on the burglary, theft and vandalism charges. Officers say they attacked six women ranging in age from 55 to 83. The pair was appointed an attorney and will be back in court on May 7.
