One Person Dead After Crash In South Jackson

SOUTH MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. – One person is dead after a one-vehicle crash in South Madison County Tuesday afternoon. Crews on the scene tell us that a truck traveling south on Highway 45 left left the roadway and overturned. The driver of that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. A cause has not yet been determined. While traffic was backed up two other cars were involved in a minor accident. Two people were taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
