County Bond Restructuring Could Save Taxpayers Thousands
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- Madison County leaders said they have found a way to save taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars. Madison County Mayor Jimmy Harris said several bonds can now be refinanced at a lower rate of 3 percent, and that could save the county $842,000.
