JACKSON, Tenn. — Nearly two thousand people were out searching for hidden Easter eggs in North Jackson Saturday. West Jackson Baptist Church hosted their annual egg hunt for the community. Over 9,000 eggs were spread out across the sports fields along with other activities for kids. Parents like Tanjanika Rollins said it is a tradition for her family. “We had a great time. We’ve been coming for about three years now, and it’s so much fun,” said Rollins. Workers said it is a great way to get the community involved, and couldn’t have asked for a better day to host it.
