JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson-Madison County School System Superintendent Verna Ruffin announced Friday afternoon that Ricky Catlett, principal of North Side High School, has resigned and will be accepting a position with Chester County High School. Catlett has been with JMCSS for eleven years and served as assistant principal at Liberty Technology Magnet High School, and principal at South Elementary, West Middle and, currently, North Side High School.
