Smith Case Headed to Grand Jury
JACKSON, Tenn.- The evidence in the rape and false imprisonment case against Michael Smith Junior is now headed to the grand jury. Thursday, a young girl took the stand during his preliminary hearing and testified that Smith attacked her earlier this year.
