Shooting in East Jackson Leaves One Injured; Suspects on Loose

JACKSON, Tenn.-Jackson police search for two possible suspects in a shooting Monday evening in an east Jackson parking lot. It happened around 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of Lexington and Hays Avenues. Officers said a man in the parking lot was shot in the leg. He is expected to fully recover. Witnesses told officers two men, one with dreadlocks approached the victim and fired. They were seen getting into a dark SUV and heading north toward Deaderick Street.
