Arkansas man pleads guilty to murder, arson charges

NORTH JACKSON — An Arkansas man charged with setting a north Jackson home on fire after killing a man inside pleaded guilty on Monday. According to police, Randall Secrease pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder, arson and felony theft for taking Blaine Divine’s vehicle. Secrease has been sentenced to 25 years and it must be served at 100 percent. Police say on Dec. 7, 2011, Divine and Secrease’s girlfriend got into a fight in which Secrease intervened. Divine was stabbed and beaten to death.
