RIPLEY, Miss. — The fugitive whose search in Middleton led to a school lockdown earlier today has been captured, according to U.S. Marshals. Shawn Coggins has been apprehended in Ripley, Miss., according to Marshals. Middleton Elementary School and Middleton High School both went into lockdown status earlier Wednesday as authorities searched for Coggins, according to Hardeman County Sheriff John Doolen.
