Vehicle flips in two-car crash in north Jackson

NORTH JACKSON — Jackson police and emergency responders are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash in north Jackson. Police said it happened around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of North Highland Avenue in the area of the Old Hickory Mall. One of the vehicles, an SUV, overturned into the parking lot of a nearby business. Emergency responders said two people in the SUV were taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
