MARTIN, Tenn. — For the 9th consecutive year, the University of Tennessee at Martin is listed as one of the best buys in the country. UTM is one of three public Tennessee higher education institutions that made the list of “America’s 100 Best College Buys,” compiled by Institutional Research and Evaluation. To qualify, a school must be a four-year, accredited institution and the entering freshman class much have a high school GPA or SAT/ACT score equal to or above the national average.
