CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — Officials released more information Wednesday about the second fire department to burn down in Carroll County in less than a month. Monday night, a fire engulfed the Vale Fire Department, destroying everything inside including two fire trucks. According to Chief Ronnie Wade, Carroll County had insurance on the engines and all the equipment but not on the building. The fire, which investigators are calling suspicious, is still under investigation.
