WEST JACKSON — The search for a new carrier at McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport has begun just months after the airport secured federal funding to keep Seaport Airlines. The airport authority has confirmed Seaport will be flying out for good in 2015. The airline has been selected by the government to instead serve Greenville, Miss., and Muscle Shoals, Ala. Proposals for Essential Air Service for Jackson are due Nov. 24.
