DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Two women accused of shoplifting from two Jackson stores were in court Wednesday. Natasha Savage has been charged with theft of property over $1,000 from Macy’s on North Highland Avenue and theft of property over $500 from the North Jackson CVS Pharmacy. Kathryn Dickerson, also charged with shoplifting, appeared on accusations of taking and hiding $426 worth of goods from Macy’s. The two were believed to be together while Savage reportedly took the items to the children’s section of the store and removed them from their hangers before hiding the merchandise in her purse, according to court papers. Both are now free on bond.
