Thankful Thursday- Side Dish

Molly Richardson of Jackson is the winner of our Thankful Thursday segment for the side dish category. Here is the recipe for her Corn Soufflé. 1 14.75 oz. can of whole kernel corn 1 15.25 oz. cream style corn 1 8.5 oz. box of corn muffin mix 1/2 stick of butter, melted 1 cup of sour cream Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
