One killed in Carroll Co. head-on collision

CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — One man is dead after a head-on collision Friday in Carroll County. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Harold Breeden of Cedar Grove was killed in the crash that occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 70 about 10 miles west of Huntingdon. According to the report, a pickup truck traveling westbound crossed into the eastbound lane and struck the car driven by Breeden head-on. A passenger in the car was injured, according to the report. The driver of the pickup also was listed as injured in the report. According to the THP, Breeden was wearing a seat belt.
