JACKSON, Tenn. — The turkey isn’t out of the oven yet and stores are already preparing for Black Friday crowds. Retailers spent Tuesday organizing their stores for the big day of holiday shopping. Some stores plan to open Thanksgiving Day with “Gray Thursday,” and the National Retail Federation estimates about 25.6 million Americans will shop on the holiday. Some retailers have already started offering reduced prices on everything from toys and electronics to appliances. Many of these pre-Black Friday sale items are only available online.
