Man accused of statutory rape
JACKSON,Tenn.- A 23-year-old man in behind bars after he is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year old girl, according to court papers. Eduardo Javier Morales appeared in Jackson city court Friday. He is charged with statutory rape. Morales remains jailed in lieu of $5,000 bond.
