HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — Just days after an out-of-control truck crashed through their front doors, a local business has re-opened. The storefront of Simmons Shoe Store in downtown Humboldt was damaged Thursday after police say a pickup truck backed into the store after crashing into a warehouse across the street. Police have charged Samantha McClain with driving on a revoked license in the crash, and they say more charges are pending.
