Second Dyersburg fire in two days

DYERSBURG, Tenn — Wednesday morning saw the second Dyersburg fire in two days and less than a mile away from each other. According to the Dyersburg Fire Department the second fire occurred on Butterworth Avenue around 7a.m. Residents said an electrical fire in the attic burned a wire, and left them without electricity. The family said they’ve gone to the local red cross for help and that they can’t keep their 3-month-old in the unheated house. To find out how to donate, visit the “Seen on 7” section.
